Fabulous Atlantic crossing, although a little choppy on a couple of days, force 10 winds!

Lots of presentations by the authors, I mainly went to the crime writers inc Lynda La Plante and Val McDermid. Nigel opted for Antony Beevor and the Planetarium. We watched Alan Johnson and Alan Titchmarsh, both excellent. Did a literary quiz one evening, took 2 hours, but highly entertaining.

Did a number of quizzes and came fourth in the Progressive Quiz.

Lovely food, entertainment and an excellent alternative to flying to New York.

Took the New York ferry this morning to Wall St Pier 11, then the subway (not geared for people with luggage as lots of steps and no lift) and now waiting at Penn Station Moynihan Hall, for our train the New Orleans. We arrive tomorrow evening, fingers crossed no delays!
