Nigel’s treat was a visit to Great Condurrow Mine organised by our friend Jon, a former miner and currently volunteering at the mine. Nigel had a fab time descended approx 180ft and toured the workings and saw lots of minerals leeching from the walls and the various seams of copper bearing ore. Even managed to take away a small piece of rock as a memento!!
